Started this 4 me... watched the show when it started and ended in the same month last Feb... 4 episodes then GONE :( Now the dvd complete series all 13 episodes are available to watched and enjoyed again and again... a GREAT show- great actors- it's become my ALL-TIME favorite tv show.

Sat, April 9, 2005 - 11:48 AMI'll join, I'll join! Actually, I was about to start a Wonderfalls tribe of my own, 'cause I was astonished to discover that I couldn't find one. But here it is!
Watched all the episodes as they aired (with the exception of the 4th, as they'd changed the time it aired without advertising it), and was devastated (though in no way surprised) when they cancelled it so quickly. Just got the DVDs last weekend, and have been watching them... well, entirely too much, really. :-)
I have my hopes that sales of the DVD will boost interest in continuing Wonderfalls in SOME way, be it TV, film, or other. Not high hopes, but hopes, nonetheless.
Good to meet other fans of the show! -

The TV Gods are fickle foes of mine, this show is genius. It's 2:40am and my sole purpose for being up right now was to finish watching Wonderfalls. Must buy the DVDs for repeat viewing. -

Sun, April 10, 2005 - 7:27 PMIf it had to end, I'm glad it ended that way. I thought they tied things up as well as possible, given that they had story arcs in mind as far out as season 3. I didn't feel let down by the finale at all, which was a nice surprise.
At least it wasn't like the season finale of Farscape, where they vaporized the two main characters in a major cliffhanger. Thank goodness for the miniseries!

Mon, April 11, 2005 - 7:16 PMWell only 4 shows is as close as you can get to a straight to vid series- i had actually started to tape the show on the 4th and final episode because i knew it was not going to last(it being on fox and all) and here that was the final episode... :(

A side note tho...when i got the dvd set i compared my tape to the dvds and found that they showed a lame pan and scan version of the widescreen shot show- so ONLY on the dvds do we actually get to see ALL the show... still the music was changed in many spots cuz of license fees... so after all is said and done we STILL haven't seen the original vision intact...it bugs me... -

Mon, April 11, 2005 - 8:13 PMThey said something on the commentary about making the decision to widescreen the entire DVD, based on the effect it had on one particular episode (help me out here, folks - I'm thinking that was Crime Dog; am I nuts?)
I am sorry that the music is altered, though. Would have liked to see the complete package. Though again, on the commentary, they said they were at least as happy with the music they got on the DVD, if not happier.
4 episodes is indeed straight to video. Though we wouldn't even have gotten the DVD if it weren't for the tireless efforts of the fans, so cheers for that! -

Mon, October 16, 2006 - 6:47 PMI ordered the dvd off of amazon the other day and waiting for it to get here. I never saw the show on tv, at least I don't think so but I vaguely remember watching it one night getting excited then depressed the next week cuz it was cancel. I could be wrong memories older then 6 months are a tad bit fuzzy.

1.)Cocktail Bunny/Crime Dog (Those two are tied, I think I read them the most I read cocktail bunny atleast three times in a row)
2.)Totem Mole
3.)Karma Chameleon
But I liked the rest aswell.
I want the dvds. I keep trying to imagine what would have happened in the show if it had continued I keep looking for fanfic but I'm sure I've read it all. I'm hoping that because it's on LOGO (which I don't get, I don't get alot of channels) and it being on overseas maybe they'll be more fanfic.
I'll tell you my top 3 after watching the dvd I have yet to read the finale episode

Sat, October 21, 2006 - 10:21 AMStill no DVD and I actually put out extra money and paid for shipping even though it's taking just as long. I want the dvds and I want them now! I should have gone to Borders. Why do that when I can be lazy, log on to my computer, go to amazon.com, search wonderfalls, click add to cart, then eventually go into debt?
After I watch the dvds I think I may attempt to write a fanfic that is season 2 &3 using the story arcs from the dvd extras. -

The commentaries are good tho, they said season 2 would have had Jaye in an insane asylum, put there by Dr. Ron to use as a case study for his book. So at least there was a plan (hope) if the show had lived beyond it's first season... -

Tue, October 24, 2006 - 8:36 PMOK hopefully my Internet won't kick me off this time. I finally got the DVDs and pulled an all nighter watching the eps. I still haven't decided my top three but I enjoyed the last disc the best the only episode I didn't care for was "Karma Chameleon" except for "buh-buh-buh-buh-bye!" Sharon's reaction was classic when Aaron takes the cow creamer off the table when he's going around "getting rid of" the muses. I started watching commentary for "Cage Bird" but I decided to go take a nap.I love how oblivious Darrin is
